Anthony LOH is a fellow at Vanderbilt University’s Center for U.S.-Japan Studies and Cooperation, where he is completing a two-volume work on Chinese and American approaches to hegemony. Loh received his PhD from the Hebrew University in Israel and served from 1995 to 1998 as diplomatic liaison for the Israeli foreign ministry.
