Wenyan WENG Weng Wenyang is an associate professor and a researcher at CELAP, where she focuses on leadership development and education for current and future Chinese leaders. She was born in Hunan Province (birthplace of China’s most famous 20th-century leader, Mao Zedong) and earned a PhD in education management from Beijing Normal University.
